Venetian masks and mask-makers’ rights
The Venetian masks featured in the Punto Cieco project are original works created by Venetian master mask-makers.
Any unauthorised use of the masks or their images outside the context of the Punto Cieco project is expressly prohibited.
Any reference to pre-existing cinematic, artistic, or cultural works is intended solely as quotation or artistic reinterpretation and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or official collaboration with the respective rights holders.
Artistic content and nudity
The Website hosts artistic content that may include nudity, presented exclusively within a cultural, expressive, and non-pornographic context.
By accessing the Website, users acknowledge the nature of the content and confirm that they do so voluntarily.
The Website is intended for an informed adult audience.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
